Dear Student, Below you find extract of our main policies and procedure. Full version is available under downloads page or from our admissions.

Orientation is conducted before the course commencement. The purpose of the Orientation is to fully inform new students of college life and provide an introduction to rules and regulations concerning studying and living in Australia. We carefully created a self guided Orientation Day, including important information about studying at Fluency Hub.

Fluency Hub helps international students adjust to study and life in Australia, as well as achieve their learning goals and attain the learning outcomes of their course.

We provide access to dedicated student support staff. We give you guidance and information about:

  • Orientation
  • Academic progress
  • Further study
  • Accommodation

Furthermore, we can provide help and/or referral to:

  • Legal services
  • Emergency and Health Services
  • Facilities and Resources
  • Complaints and Appeal processes

The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) and related legislation is designed to protect the interests of students coming to Australia on student visas. The ESOS Framework www.studyaustralia.gov.au/english/study/education-system/esos-act

All students must read this document carefully before signing the application form.

  • Minimum age for the enrolment is 18 years.
  • Enrolment fees and material fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time the application is sent.
  • Your program is indicated by the start and end dates on your Offer letter and the Payment plan.
  • All fees are non-transferrable.
  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the invoice issued and are due a minimum of six weeks prior to the start of the program.
  • Your information may be shared with the Australian government and regulatory bodies including the Tuition Protection Service.
  • New students intakes are every Monday, through the year, except the last Monday of a session. If you start classes on the 2nd or 3rd Monday of a session, you may be placed in an ongoing class.

Application Checklist:

  • Complete and sign the online application form (link to application form online)
  • After the application is accepted, we will send the Letter of offer, which will give you more information about your next steps.
  • Pay initial fees by one of the payment methods.

The Code of Conduct students are expected to follow includes:

  • Attend the college in accordance with the attendance policy.
  • Speak English in the college in accordance with the English Only Policy.
  • Treat all students and staff with dignity and respect.
  • Refrain from any disruptive or offensive classroom behaviour.
  • Do not use phones during the class.
  • Complete all assignments and examinations on the scheduled completion dates.
  • Refrain from cheating or plagiarising in completing class assignments.
  • Ensure that outstanding tuition fees are paid.
  • Treat school property with respect.
  • Refrain from bringing weapons of any kind (i.e. knives, guns) to school.
  • Refrain from bringing any alcohol or any prohibited mood altering substances to the Institution.
  • Refrain from making inappropriate remarks concerning another student or staff’s ethnicity, race, religion or sexual orientation.
  • Any other conduct which is determined to be detrimental or damaging to the other students, staff members or the Institution

Batool International Pty Ltd encourages its students to talk freely about their lives and experiences in the school and in Australia.

  • If you have a complaint we encourage you to sit down and talk with an appropriate person or submit this online via our forms portal.
  • If you wish to appeal our decision, you must do so in writing, via our forms portal, within reasonable timeframe.
  • We aim to have a solution presented to you within seven days.
  • You can bring a support person with you at any stage of the complaints and appeals process.
  • Nothing in our policies prevents overseas student can take action under Australia’s consumer protection laws in the case of financial disputes.
  • Students have the right to pursue other legal remedies.
  • If it is not possible to resolve the dispute internally, via the process above, you may choose to contact external organisation. Overseas Student Ombudsman offers a free and independent service for overseas students who have a complaint or want to lodge an external appeal about a decision made by their private education or training provider. See the Overseas Student Ombudsman website www.ombudsman.gov.au or phone 1-300-362-072 within Australia for more information.
  • In order to get the maximum benefit from your study with us, you are expected to attend class regularly and on time.
  • The attendance and academic progress requirements for the course must always be met by the students.
  • Overseas student are required to attend at least 80% of all contact classes.
  • Students will receive counselling if these requirements are not met.
  • If a student does not improve, they will get a series of warnings, and in the worst case scenario, they will be reported to the Immigration Department.
  • Cancellations and withdrawals are subject to the conditions of our Refund Policy.
  • Starting the program on time is your responsibility. If you arrive late for the start of your course, no refund is given for the missed days.
  • If you wish to downgrade your schedule after registration, you may apply the fee difference towards an extension of studies. Any extension of studies must be confirmed at the time of schedule downgrade. No credit will be kept on file, and no refunds will be given.
  • If you choose to withdraw from your courses with us, you must give us a written notice.
  • The calculation of your unused portion of your prepaid fees will be based on the Percentage of Program Completed = (Total number of weeks completed) / (Total number of weeks in program) X 100%.
  • Any refund will be paid to the person or entity that originally paid the course fee (normally the agents), where possible, in the same currency in which the fees were paid.
  • Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of receiving the notice/request from the student.
  • No refund will be given to students who are expelled for breaching the college's policies, unacceptable behavior or noncompliance with visa conditions.
  • All bank charges incurred for refunds to be paid by the student.
  • In the event of a program cancellation by us, all fees will be refunded within 2 weeks unless alternative course is accepted by the student.
  • In the event of the school defaulting, the Refund Policy does not apply. Such situation is covered by the Tuition Protection Services (TPS).
  • In the unlikely event that Batool International Pty Ltd is unable to deliver your course in full, you will be offered a refund of all the course money you have paid to date less any portion of the course that have been delivered. The refund will be paid to you within 2 weeks of the day on which the course ceased being provided. Alternatively, you may be offered enrolment in an alternative course at no extra cost to you. You have the right to choose whether you would prefer a full refund of course fees, or to accept a place in another course. If you choose placement in another course, we will ask you to sign a document to indicate that you accept the placement.
  • In the event that Batool International Pty Ltd closes and cannot deliver the course a student has paid for, the Tuition Protection Service (TPS) will help the student find another course with minimal disruption to their studies. The TPS will use an online placement service to give the student all the information they need so they understand their options and can choose an alternative course that best suits them. Support in using the system will be available to students if they need it.
  • If a student is unable to find a suitable alternative course, the TPS will refund the tuition fees that have been paid, for the part of the course that they have not yet received.

Australian society recognizes differences and diversity. This requires that all people be treated with dignity and respect. It is one of our explicit goals to keep developing a people-caring community. It is our policy to support these principles, and to maintain an environment free from all types of personal discrimination and harassment, or bullying.
Students are encouraged to speak with our Students support staff if they feel unsafe in any way while studying at the school. Any student who is found to have engaged in harassing behaviour during their studies with us will be subject to discipline, and may face suspension or expulsion.
